What people ask while we are shaking their hand. Answered before they get it back.
- What does twenty-one dollars actually close?
- A name on the state's form and an address the state accepts. That is the whole product, here and at every other outfit under this sky. We close it faster and for less than the plural, and that is the pitch.
- Why pick you over the plural next door?
- Same sky. They have an s on the end and a bigger number on the sign. We have one guy and a smaller number. Nothing else differs, and we say so up front, which is more than the s does.
- Who is minding the office while you are out closing deals?
- Nobody. The office is where the mail goes and the deal is where we go. When a process server knocks, the state's rule for a company with no agent at the address takes the meeting. It is on the Wyoming page.
- What happens to a lawsuit that arrives at your address?
- It arrives. It sits. Sitting is not service, so the state's fallback kicks in and the papers go where the code says. We never promised to be the one who signs, and we were not there to.
- Why is the whole territory one state?
- One state is all a person can cover and still be first to every phone in it. Add a second state and somebody else gets there first. We do not lose on speed. So, one state, and every inch of it pitched.
- Does my mail actually reach me?
- Mail reaches us. From there it gets a look, a sticker and a trip to the post office. The rest is between the sticker and whoever reads it. We are fast on the look.
- Who else is pitching this?

- What is the biggest number you would ever hand back?
- Three months of fees from before the trouble, which is $5.25. We would count it out on the hood of the truck and shake on it. Then we would be gone to the next one.
- Can you walk away from me mid-deal?
- At any time, for any reason or none, without notice and without refund. Every deal has a door. We are usually already through it.
- Is the price going to move on me?
- Twenty-one is the number on the sign and the sign is painted. It does not go up. It also does not go down, no matter how you ask, and we admire that you asked.
- Will a person ever pick up?
- One. He is on the other line. Leave your name and the size of the deal and he will call the bigger one first.
- Is this an outfit the state recognizes?
- The state recognizes an address and a name on a form. It has both. Whether it would recognize us on the street is a different question, and we move too fast for that.
- Is the pitch always this quick?
- Yes. A slow pitch costs money. Ours costs twenty-one dollars and about this many words.
